1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Arabic GPT (“App,” “Service”) you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About the App
Arabic GPT provides AI-driven Arabic text chat and image generation. The free tier offers limited daily usage; continued access beyond those limits requires a paid subscription.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- Age. You must be 13 + (or the minimum age in your country) and, if under 18, have parental consent.
- Registration. An Apple ID is required. We may ask for your e-mail to help recover access.
- Security. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
4. Free-Tier Quotas

5. Subscription
- Plan: Arabic GPT Premium — USD $ 12.99 per month, auto-renewing.
- Billing: Processed by Apple under the App Store terms.
- Auto-renew: Cancel in Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions at least 24 h before renewal.
- Price/feature changes: 30 days’ notice by in-app message or e-mail.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple; all sales otherwise final.
6. User Content & AI Output
You own your prompts, uploads, and resulting AI output (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content to run the Service. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the AI output for any lawful purpose.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Submit or solicit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or exploitative.
- Bypass usage limits or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Interfere with servers or networks.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, UI, logos, and system materials (other than User Content) are owned by Arabic GPT جي بي تي بالعربي. No copying or modification is allowed without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Advice
AI responses may be inaccurate or biased and are not professional advice. You assume all risk in relying on them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time through the App Store.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms. The new version takes effect when posted; continued use constitutes acceptance.
